Just kidding. I wanted to see how many hits it generates.
RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL RON PAUL oh never mind.
The guys over at Red State sure are getting tired of Paul's supporters swarming over their site, calling the candidates' followers as Paulistas, Ronulons and MoRons. This after being themselves called fascists, commies and Zionists by the Paulistas, Ronulons and MoRons.
And the election's still over a year away.

Desperate for traffic are we?
You're going the wrong way. You should announce that you are banning Ron Paul supporters like Redstate. You'll get more hits that way...
Desperate for traffic are we?
It sure didn't take the Paulbearers long to find you, Carol. I've thought of posting a "Ron Paul Sucks" entry at the Swamp just for kicks, but Bradley's taken a liking to Ron Paul and might be offended.
BTW, I agree with what Red State did.
Ron Paul's the only true conservative in there - and you guys want Republican Lite. Have fun with that.
So, besides you curiosity about hits, have you learned anything useful?
Like for instance, WHY does Ron Paul generate so much interest / antipathy on the Internet?
Have you watched any of Ron Paul's videos where he gets to speaks his positions clearly and without interruption?

¡La Constitución es mi perra!
Hmmm, you generate a fake news topic with the most popular search term on the internet, and get web hits.
Please tell me you didn't need to do a test to figure this out... Or do you have other motives, and you are just using that as a cop out?
Just as I expected. The Paulbearers never fail to amuse.
"And the election's still over a year away."
Lol! Indeed this one is the first in almost thirty years that will prove interesting.
And we have *cough*ronpaul*cough* to thank for that.
Best,
who is the ignorant fool who said the election was a year away? It's in 90 days for most of us who UNDERSTAND what is really going on .. sheesh.
90 days?
I beg to differ. While I like your enthusiasm, the fight is generational and spans centuries. To be fair, it will take your energy to move things forward, and I'm damned inspired by it, but we are only the vanguard seeking to save the Republic from its' delusions of Empire and have little chance of success in the short run.
It will be a lifetime battle to turn the tide to any degree, and it would be prudent to educate your children and grandchildren to fight the good fight far into the future.
Today is a fine day to start.
Best,
Patrick
Hey, I've posted on Ron Paul respectfully in the past. I've met the guy and I respect him. And I will be voting Feb. 5 and I have no favorite.
I just wondered what you guys do - google all night to see what people are saying? Yes I got a few more hits.
And if the Fed drops the rates .50 again I might join you all.
...but we are only the vanguard seeking to save the Republic from its' delusions of Empire...
Jerry Pournelle is drafting talking points for RonPaul supporters. Who knew?
Carol,
I can't speak for anyone but myself. I use Google's "news alerts" so I can keep aware of subjects of interest. One of which is Dr. Paul. If he gets mentioned anywhere, google picks it up and drops it in my email.
Good way to meet some interesting individuals :)
Best To Ya
gryffyd,
Thanks for the compliment ;)
Pournelle opposed both Gulf Wars, maintaining that the money would be better spent developing energy technologies for the United States. He is quoted as saying "with what we spent in Iraq we could build nuclear power plants and space solar power satellites and tell the Arabs to drink their oil." His web site is critical of the Iraq War, but demands support of troops committed there. "Once you send the troops in, you have no choice but to give them what they need until you bring them home."
Pournelle is also known for his Pournelle chart, a 2-dimensional coordinate system used to distinguish political ideologies. It is similar to the Nolan chart, except that the X-axis gauges opinion toward state and centralized government (farthest right being state worship, farthest left being the idea of a state as the "ultimate evil"), and the Y-axis measures the belief that all problems in society have rational solutions. (top being complete confidence in planning, bottom being its total lack).
sounds like Scientology!
Carol,
In what ways?
I'm not that educated about Scientology.
Best,
I'm not either really, except that Dianetics used a lot of charts.
